Our story

We are a young company built on the foundation of broadcast radio.  In 1935 WBTH in Williamson, WV and WLSI in Pikeville, KY signed on; two of the first commercial broadcast radio stations in the mountains of central Appalachia.  Those heritage stations are still serving their communities under the banner of Mountain Top Media, along with 12 other AM/FM radio stations, a digital/cable TV station, multiple website and social media outlets and a full service multi-media production house.  Our broadcast footprint extends to more than 13 counties in Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, and Southwest Virginia.  Of course, we serve a global community online.
